Cabanas:   10% restocking fee will be applied. *Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Accessories: Eligible for return in new condition, shipping responsibility of the customer.

All products must be received within 30 days from the date of your order, in original condition.

Exchanges: If you want to swap for a different colour, please order your new colour choice and follow the returns process for your original item (Return label charge & restocking fee will still apply) *Product must be received in new condition*

Make sure to include your order number, contact information, and reason for return inside the package.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside Canada & USA):

Same as above. Please note: Refunds cannot be issued for products returned due to non-payment of duties & taxes.
