Suniela Beach is a small business and we appreciate your support! All orders ship from our studio in Montreal. Our products are manufactured in China, India, and Indonesia by our wonderful production partners. 

Any duties &/or taxes charged are the responsibility of the customer.  If tax/VAT are charged in physical stores of your home country, then you may have to pay tax/VAT on online purchases before your order is delivered.  This is beyond our control and varies globally.  

Canada: Sales tax is charged automatically at checkout, no further fees will be incurred.

Australia: No duties should be incurred on order values under $1000 AUD.

Europe & UK: The courier company will charge you VAT before delivery, as our prices do not include taxes. Please check your government websites to know if you'll be charged duties in addition to VAT for your online orders, as this varies by country. 

United States: Effective March 1 2025:  Online prices do not include Duties/Tariffs. Due to the new government regulations on imports into the USA for goods from China, Canada, and Mexico, we regret to share that you may be charged an additional fee (tariff) of 10-25% upon delivery of your Suniela order. This would be charged by the US customs department via the courier, after your order ships.

All other countries: Please check with your government website regarding tax/vat/duties for online purchases. 

*Any items returned to Suniela Beach due to nonpayment of duties/tariffs and/or taxes/VAT will not be entitled to a refund. 

Most orders are processed within 24 hours, up to 48 hours during peak times.
