Australia & New Zealand
No duties or taxes owing on delivery for orders under $1,000 AUD. Larger orders may have import charges collected by your local customs office on delivery.
Everywhere else
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid upfront, so nothing is owed when your package arrives.
Good to know
These fees are set by your country's customs office, not by us, and rates can change. If you return an order, the duty or tariff portion can't be refunded, so it's deducted from your refund. If import charges go unpaid and a package is refused or sent back, we're unable to refund that order.
