Orders to all countries - except USA: ship from our studio in Montreal, Canada. Our products are manufactured in China, India, and Indonesia by our wonderful production partners.
USA: Cabanas* ship from within the USA, accessories ship separately from Montreal. *except those marked Limited Edition
Any duties &/or taxes charged are the responsibility of the customer. If tax/VAT are charged in physical stores of your home country, then you may have to pay tax/VAT on online purchases before your order is delivered. This is beyond our control and varies globally.
Canada: Sales tax is charged automatically at checkout, no further fees will be incurred.
United States: No duties/tariffs on Cabanas, Beach Mats, or Carry Bags. Duties may be charged on Beach Chairs, Paddleball Games, Hand Fans, and Replacement Poles & Canopies.
Australia: No duties should be incurred on order values under $1000 AUD.
Europe & UK: The courier company may charge you VAT before delivery, as our prices do not include taxes. Please check your government websites to know if you'll be charged duties in addition to VAT for your online orders, as this varies by country.
All other countries: Please check with your government website regarding tax/vat/duties for online purchases.
