We're proud to offer high quality products. If there's any issue with your Suniela gear please email our team at: beachlife@suniela.com with photos of the problem.  We'll make it right! 

We accept cabana returns in new condition only, in original packaging.  You can start your own return by logging into your customer account here:  START MY RETURN

All products must be received within 30 days from the date of your order, in original condition. 

10% restocking fee will be applied & the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. *If product is packed in a larger box than the original packaging, the return label cost may be adjusted upon receipt of the package.*

**Any original shipping charges are non-refundable

Please include your order number, contact information, and reason for return inside the package.

**Only cabanas are eligible for return, all other items are final sale**

*Items returned due to non-payment of duties/taxes are not eligible for a refund.
