Canada

• Orders ship from Montreal.

• You pay regular Canadian sales tax at checkout.

• No duties will be charged on delivery.

United States

• Cabanas ship from our US warehouse (domestic delivery).

  • No duties or import taxes on cabanas.

• Accessories ship from Montreal, Canada.

  • These may be subject to duties or courier fees on delivery. Items returned due to non-payment of duties & taxes are not eligible for refund.

  • This only affects accessories, not cabanas.

Rest of World

• Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

• You pay them upfront.

• No additional charges should be due upon delivery.

Most orders are processed same day or within 24 hours, up to 48 hours during peak times.
