Cabanas: We know you'll love your Suniela Beach cabana! If you're not satisfied - email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make it right.
If you simply changed your mind, email us for a return shipping label. 10% restocking fee will be applied
**Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return label will be deducted from your refund. Product must be received within 30 days from the date of your order, in original condition. Please note that all Suniela products are hand-dyed and slight variations in colour are a natural occurence.
Refunds cannot be issued for products returned due to non-payment of duties & taxes.
Exchanges: We make every effort to show accurate colours on our website. However screens may vary slightly, and slight variations in hand dyed fabrics are to be expected. If you want to swap for a different colour, please order your new colour choice and follow the returns process for your original cabana (Return label deduction & restocking fee will still apply) *Product must be received in new condition*
Make sure to include your order number, contact information, and reason for return inside the package.
